Not a very subtle movie.
I did smile several times. However, my exposure to the cinematographic art has been extremely limited, so I missed most of the references to prior art.
A vomiting puppet is a proud achievement of the American puppetry craftsmanship.
Oh, and I kind of liked the slow motion sad and dreamy version of the "America! Fuck yeah" song.
The dick-pussy-asshole theory of psychology and International relations will certainly take place next to Das Kapital and the Complete Works of Noam Chomsky on the bookshelf of every self-respecting political science major.
Overall, blah. Cannot recommend it. Too bad.
