Cambridge University Press printed a book, Alms for Jihad. One of the Saudis mentioned there did not like it and forced them to destroy the unsold copies. The book entry disappeared from Amazon (404 in Amazon, still available in google cache). Libraries were contacted. The book is available online: it is now #3 on Best Book Buys top sellers list.
Read about it in google. Here are, for example, a few words from Mark Steyn.
Update. If you decide to buy it, make sure you buy the book and not the review. The latter costs around $10; the former, from $22 up. Its ISBN is 9780521857307 (BestBookBuys found it by ISBN or by title; AddAll found it by title, but not ISBN).

I read in one of the blog sites that an easy way would be for a US senator to read excerpts from the book (could as part of hearing on the freedom of speech or anything else) and the rest will be added to the proceedings. Then anyone will be able to request the proceeding, and that's that. Well, I guess it's one way.
