The receipt of getting a good rule after independence is not in a bright&shiney political group that opposes thugs and gains control. Majority of political groups should be all dirty but still of tolerable quality to forge an alliance and cut thugs out of the power.

there were local municipal governments there; was it wise to push the Oslo forward, instead of trying to grow a provincial government out of the local politicians in a slower fashion?
