MJ

A little surprising, but this is a post about Michael Jackson. Or, rather, about an article in Jerusalem Post that shines a bit of light on his personality and its early development. Not new material, I would say, but a new (for me) eyewitness.

Update. More on MJ from people who used to work with him.

That's really sad.

Of course.

At the same time, you know, if he was destined to be a paranoiac and all that, at least he could be grateful he had a successful artistic career. I am not a fan of his, but I know how important he was for so many people.

What's sad (besides the fact that his childhood was taken away) is that a person cannot have a wildly successful artistic career AND be a normal person. Or at least, it seems very difficult.

How many people are normal, anyway?

Well, within a certain range on the bell curve, let's say....

I am not certain about the range, however! :-)

P.S. If only he'd taken his own advice when he was still a beautiful little black boy:
