A long answer
I have not seen Lebanese bloggers, or people sympathizing them, incorporating the Lebanese flag, or any other Lebanese symbol like the cedar tree. There may be reason for that beyond just technical ones. Lebanon still does not seem to have completely healed the wounds of the civil war, and tensions in the society are huge.
On the other hand, some people think that Israelis (and people who support them) and many Lebanese (and people who support them) have a common enemy in Hizballah. When I joined the pro-Israeli rally in Boston a few days ago, I had an Israeli flag attached to my car (given to me by an Israeli friend in May for Yom HaAtzmaut), and I was seriously thinking about getting a Lebanese flag too. People would understand. However, I think there is a lot of wishful thinking in this.
