I consider this a serious breach of trust.

Any suggestions as to what to do to them?

The complain "they marked me in some there internal DB as a SUP user" is IMO no more justified than e.g. "they assigned me a number 545079"

If they mark me as a member of an EAT-SHIT group, I would not be particularly happy, even if it turns out to be an innocent acronym.
