Funny. All Russians seem to use more or less the same tea outlets, first it was Specialty Tea, now Upton. Crowd behavior or is it really better?

I use Upton Tea and don't think it's a crowd behavior because we discovered them on our own pretty soon after their start (before they went online). I don't claim they are the best or even better than somebody else, we are just happy with their service, and tea selection and quality, so never saw any reason to switch.

Yes, a good selection.

BTW I bought a tea stick for doing the tea at work and somehow not so impressed with it as you were. I still use the regular tea ball.
