Arizona is a beautiful place. Never been there, always wanted. Maybe will pass through it (on the way from KY to CA) in early August.
A natural way to "navigate LJ" is to create an interesting list of friends and monitor it. This includes real people and their virtuals ("users") as well as groups of people ("communities"). This way, you can (1) keep in touch with those who live far away but you do not want to part with, and (2) keep track of what is going on in various places around the world (as well as inside various heads around the world).
