At evrey.com if you go to the "Спроси у раввина" at the left side - there are a big data base of answers there, so probably you may find an old answer to a similar question.

At http://maof.rjews.net/ look for the articles by Дов Kонторер (or search them by google advanced search on that website) - he is probably the best Israeli russian-language journalist and his articles explained me a lot about Israel.

You could also add the English edition of Yediot Ahronot (http://www.ynetnews.com/), Israel Insider (http://israelinsider.com/), Azure Magazine (http://www.azure.org.il/) and indeed plenty of sites. Oh, and do not forget the Commentary magazine (http://www.commentarymagazine.com/), it's a neoconservative publication, deals with a variety of topics, including Jewish ones.
