According to Joshua Muravchik, Obama is worse on human rights and helping democracy abroad than all his predecessors starting with (and including) Carter. And he (J.M.) sounds about right. Of course, the relevance of these is debatable.
A "sudden dictatorship" in St Vincent will only make me feel sad in the "oh well" sort of way, for a second or so. But if Obama supported it, I would be upset.
