Great links! Thank you so much -I've just joined meast_ru and gush_katif_ru communities and bookmarked maof.rjews site. I guess my right-wing orientation is pretty obvious, so it was very nice of you to forward me this site. "Ovety revvina" will come in handy as well, I've already posted one burning question over there.

At evrey.com if you go to the "Спроси у раввина" at the left side - there are a big data base of answers there, so probably you may find an old answer to a similar question.

At http://maof.rjews.net/ look for the articles by Дов Kонторер (or search them by google advanced search on that website) - he is probably the best Israeli russian-language journalist and his articles explained me a lot about Israel.

Oh, and do not forget the Commentary magazine (http://www.commentarymagazine.com/), it's a neoconservative publication, deals with a variety of topics, including Jewish ones.

Помнится, первый раз я купил Commentary в киоске "Союзпечати" в Сокольниках. I love Perestroika, как тогда писали.
