It's not about elections. It's about the Jewish organizations. Frankly, I feel a bit of shame, even though I am not a member of any.

Update. More reading for you from Jerusalem Post, this time from a Republicans-related organization. I am not a Republican overall, but in this respect I feel a lot of affinity.

Two McCain advisers told participants in a weekend retreat that his administration would discourage Israeli-Syrian peace talks and refrain from actively engaging in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.

One of Barack Obama's representatives -- Richard Danzig, a Clinton administration Navy secretary -- said the Democratic presidential candidate would take the opposite approach on both issues.

The peace process is a sham; the issue of the talks with Syria is different, however. There is someone there to talk to, at least.
